MULTI-EDGE GASKET WKR

Multi-edge gaskets consist of a metal core, usually stainless steel with concentric grooved seal layers on both sides. Multi-edge gaskets can withstand pressures up to 250 bar, depending on the sealing layer. They are temperature resistant up to approximately +1000 °C. Suitable for use according to flange specifications (DIN, ASTM, EN, CSN, etc.). They are characterized by a very wide range of compressive stresses (suitable for different temperatures, pressures).

Available in several variants:

PP4B – Parallel main core with centring ring and sealing layers;

PP4C – Parallel main core with a movable centring ring attached to the outer sealing surface;

PP4E-G – Parallel core without centring ring for keyed/outset and projection/groove flanges;

PP4X – Convex main core with centring ring and sealing layers;

PP4Y – Convex main core without centring ring with sealing layers for drain/spline and spline/groove flanges;

PP4Z – with external sealing surface
