HIGH TEMPERATURE COATING PRO-1600
APPLICATION:
o Protection of fibrous ceramic linings against corrosive and erosive effects of gases, dusts and liquid metal vapours
o Coating of drain gutters and burners
o Hardening of fibre ceramics, increasing their resistance to high temperatures
o Impregnation of hard ceramic surfaces
METHOD OF USE:
o Stir thoroughly before use.
o Apply a thin coat, preferably using a paint spray gun.
o Wait about 60 minutes and then proceed to drying at a temperature not exceeding 80 °C,
o Dry the ceramics at a temperature not exceeding 110 °C using an electric heater for 3 hours.

o Then dry the ceramics at a temperature not exceeding 110 °C using an electric heater for 3 hours.
o After the recommended time the temperature can be raised. The coating obtains its full functional properties after heating to 350 °C.
HARMFULNESS:
The paint is neither toxic nor harmful to health. However, you should protect your eyes from
contamination, avoid prolonged skin contact and do not inhale vapours.
